Our girls embark on a 10-week summer mentorship led within their own community — alongside mentors, educators, and supporters who pour into them. Every girl in the program is seen, celebrated, and equipped with career-driven skills built to last a lifetime — with or without the 9-to-5. Culminating in our ceremonial celebration, The Sacred 15 Gala, which officially welcomes them into womanhood.
