Our Story

Meet The
Founder
I'm Brittany Loren, founder of The Sacred Foundation.
Born and raised in good ole Houston, TX, I've also had the privilege of living in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Regardless of my location, one thing remained constant: Black women showing up, pouring out, and rarely being poured into.
Growing up in these southwestern streets, I've always been immersed in Black culture and various communities, and I've felt the undeniable power of Black women.
I watched other cultures pour celebration into their girls at the exact moment they needed it most, and I couldn't help but wonder... why don't we have that?
Not just a party, but a moment.
A real, intentional, communal acknowledgment that becoming a Black woman is sacred.
The Sacred Foundation exists as a love letter to every Black girl. Our girls deserve a space that encourages and celebrates their transition from girlhood to womanhood with intention, with community, and with the recognition they have always deserved.
"This is not just an organization. This is a love letter to every Black girl who deserved a moment and never got one!"
